A lovely, fully refurbished' solid oak French country farmhouse table with 2 extension leaves, originally from the French oak range by Wesley Barrell, so very good quality and very well made.

The oak was selected for its rustic character and natural grain variation, so that all items were unique. Distressing and ageing techniques were also applied at the time of making to add to the rustic appearance. Please see close up photos for this type of finish.

Traditional pegged joints are used in the top panels and frame.

It comes with 2 extension pieces, giving 3 different size options up to 2.6m (8ft 6in) and seating up to 10 when fully extended. Also, when only using 1 leaf, the top can be central, or offset to 1 side for a full seating position which is quite useful. Please see photos which show this. The extensions both store under the table when not in use.

The original finish was worn, so it has been refurbished. The top is finished in a natural oil and wax to protect and bring out the beautiful grain variation of the rustic oak. The legs and frame are in a dark grey from  the Frenchic furniture paint range.

Unique table in excellent condition.

The top does easily remove for transport and access as the table is heavy, but the frame does not come apart.
